How quickly do you respond?

Do you work with small organizations or solo founders?
It depends on the engagement. Advisory retainers and Compass coaching work well for founders and small leadership teams. The Resolve program and Culture Sprints are designed for organizations with at least a small leadership layer. The form above has a field for describing your situation, which helps us recommend the right fit.
Do you require a long-term commitment?
No. Every engagement is scoped individually. Many clients start with a single diagnostic session or a one-day sprint. Longer engagements like Resolve or ongoing advisory are available but never required as an entry point. The first conversation costs thirty minutes and tells both of us whether there is a fit.
Are you available for government or public-sector contracts?
