CLARION INSIGHT / DREAMSTART

The idea
is the easy part.
Building it
is the work.

Most entrepreneurs do not fail because they lack ideas. They fail because nobody ever taught them how to build. Dreamstart gives emerging founders the tools, the workbook, and the facilitation to go from concept to launch with a real plan behind them.

For Chambers, Foundations and Workforce Programs

Organizations can license the Dream to Market toolkit for a cohort at a flat or per-seat rate. If you serve emerging entrepreneurs and want to put a complete system in their hands without building the curriculum, tools, and dashboards from scratch, let's talk about a partnership rate.

FOR ORGANIZATIONS

Your community has founders.
Give them more than a workshop.

A one-day event produces inspiration. A 10-session program produces a business. If your organization is invested in entrepreneurship as a real economic outcome for the people you serve, Dreamstart is built for that work.

Clarion brings the full program to your context: the curriculum, the facilitation, the tools, the coaching, and the pitch night finale. You bring the community. Together we produce founders who leave with something they can actually launch.

B2NNonprofits

Career readiness, workforce development, community empowerment, and capacity-building organizations looking for a structured entrepreneurship offering.

B2NChurches

Faith communities ready to move their congregation's entrepreneurial energy from inspired to equipped with a purpose-rooted program.

B2BCompanies + ERGs

Organizations investing in employee entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship, or community workforce development as a strategic priority.

B2NChambers + Associations

Member-serving organizations that want to provide structured business development support rather than one-off networking events.

B2NWorkforce Programs

Government and grant-funded workforce initiatives looking for an outcomes-based entrepreneurship track with measurable deliverables.

B2BAccelerators

Early-stage programs that want to supplement their existing offering with structured business plan development and facilitated coaching.

THE CURRICULUM

Ten sessions.
One complete business plan.

Sessions 2 through 9 each cover one module of the business plan, in sequence. Participants do not leave a session with homework. They leave with that section written. By session 10, the plan is done and the pitch is ready.

Session 01: Orientation + Mindset Reset
Before anyone touches a business plan section, they need to understand what they believe about themselves, their time, and their potential. This session establishes the foundation the entire program builds on. We cover what it means to think like a founder rather than an employee, audit how participants currently spend their time, identify their core motivations, and write a personal value statement that anchors everything else. The mindset shift from “What can I do?” to “What am I called to build?” happens in session one or not at all.
Session 02: Vision + Executive Summary
Every business plan starts with why. Participants define the mission driving their venture, articulate what the business looks like in three years, and write the executive summary that anchors every section that follows. This is the section most founders skip and most investors read first. We build it right, in session two, so everything else has a north star.
Session 03: The Problem + Your Solution
Every business exists because something was broken, missing, or underserved. This session helps participants name the specific problem they solve, for whom, and why their solution is the right one rather than one of many. We go beneath the symptom to the actual pain the customer is living with, and build the solution description around that pain rather than around the product.
Session 04: Target Market + Customer Profile
Passion is not a market. This session gives participants the research tools to identify their actual customer, understand what that customer already buys, and position their offer in the landscape of alternatives. We use the 4Ps framework (People, Problem, Product, Process) to build a data-backed customer profile that removes the guesswork from every marketing and sales decision that follows.
Session 05: Value Proposition + Offer Design
What exactly are you selling, and why should someone choose it over everything else available to them? This session builds the core offer, names its value in the language of the buyer rather than the builder, and packages it for the specific customer the previous session identified. Participants leave with an offer description they can say out loud in under 60 seconds.
Session 06: Business Model + Revenue Streams
How does the money move? Participants map their revenue streams, pricing structure, and cost model, building a business model that is not just theoretically possible but operationally executable. We address the most common mistake emerging entrepreneurs make: pricing for what they need rather than what the market will pay, and undercutting their own sustainability in the process.
Session 07: Marketing + Visibility Strategy
Having the right offer is not enough. This session focuses on how to communicate value, build a visibility strategy around real capacity rather than imagined bandwidth, and create the conditions for the right people to find you before you need them. Participants build a 90-day visibility plan they can actually execute with the time and resources they currently have.
Session 08: Operations + Systems
A business that depends entirely on its founder’s presence cannot scale. This session addresses the operational infrastructure: the workflows, tools, and systems that allow the business to run rather than run the founder. We identify where manual processes are costing time and money, and build the operating baseline that makes growth possible without breakdown.
Session 09: Financial Projections + Funding
Numbers are not just accounting. They are the argument for your business’s viability. Participants build a 12-month projection, identify their funding needs and the most realistic sources, and learn how to present financial information to investors, lenders, and partners in a way that earns credibility rather than skepticism.
Session 10: Graduation + Pitch Night
Everything participants have built across nine sessions becomes the foundation for a live pitch delivered to an audience of peers, organizational sponsors, and invited guests. Graduation Night is both a celebration and a demonstration. Every participant presents their business plan, delivers their pitch, receives structured feedback, and leaves with a completed plan, a refined pitch, and the confidence that comes from having done it in public.

PITCH NIGHT FINALE

ELEMENTS IN EVERY SESSION

EVERY SESSION

Every session. Not just the good ones.

The Dreamstart workshop is not a lecture series. Every session includes four active components that make the work real, not theoretical.

Hot Seat

One participant brings a live challenge — a pricing question, a sales objection, an operational problem they are stuck on. We solve it in real time in front of the group. Everyone learns from the problem, not just the person who raised it.

Session Training

Each session covers one module of the business plan in depth: what it is, why it matters, what yours needs to say, and how to write it. Participants leave each session with that section of their plan completed, not started.

Sales Challenge

Entrepreneurship without revenue is a hobby. Every session includes a sales challenge where participants practice talking about their offer, handling objections, and asking for the close — in front of peers who give real feedback. They make sales during the program.

Wellness Integration

Founders burn out when they build from depletion. Each session closes with a self-audit around three dimensions: nutrition, rest, and boundaries. Not as an add-on, but as a non-negotiable practice — because sustainable businesses are built by sustainable people.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS LEAVE WITH

Not a certificate.
A business plan they built themselves.

Every participant completes the program with eight deliverables. Not templates. Not examples. Their actual work, ready to use.

01Complete Business Plan

All 8 sections written, refined, and ready to present to investors or lenders.

02Digital Tool Access

Full access to the Dreamstart business plan tool — theirs to keep and update.

03Companion Workbook

Physical workbook with notes, reflections, and exercises from every session.

04Pitch Deck Foundation

The executive summary and value proposition in pitch-ready form.

05Live Pitch Experience

At least one structured pitch delivered to a real audience with recorded feedback.

06Sales Framework

A tested approach to talking about their offer, handling objections, and closing.

0790-Day Launch Plan

A specific, executable plan for the 90 days immediately following the program.

08Wellness Practice

A self-audit rhythm around nutrition, rest, and boundaries they have practiced in session.

THE FACILITATOR

Ramond Walker

Ramond Walker is the founder of Clarion Insight and the architect of the Dreamstart curriculum. He has facilitated entrepreneurship programming for 4,000+ adults across nonprofit, higher education, corporate, and community contexts, and has supported the launch and growth of 300+ brands across sectors.

Dreamstart is built from that experience, not from theory. Every session is shaped by what he has watched founders get right, what he has watched them get wrong, and what he has learned about the difference.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT

This is not a seminar.
It is a construction site.

Most entrepreneurship programming teaches concepts. Dreamstart builds plans. There is a difference between a participant who understands what a value proposition is and a participant who has written theirs, said it out loud, and refined it based on real feedback.

Every session produces something. Every participant leaves with work in their hands, not notes in their notebook. By Pitch Night, the business plan is not a future project. It is a completed artifact.

READY TO BUILD

The plan does not write itself.
This program does it with you.

FAQ

Questions founders usually ask

Dream to Market can be used by individual founders, teams, and organizations. Here are the questions that usually come up before someone gets started.

Do I have to be part of an organization to get this?

No. The self-guided toolkit is built for individual founders. You can buy it for yourself, move through it on your own schedule, and use the tools without being part of a cohort, workshop, chamber, or program.

What is included in the toolkit?

The toolkit includes the Dream to Market Assessment, Dream to Market AI Field Guide, Business Planning Workbook, Business Planning Tool, Offer Journey Builder, and Founder Pipeline Dashboard.

Is this a course or a set of tools?

It is a guided tool system, not a traditional course. You are not just watching lessons. You are assessing your business, building your plan, shaping your offer, organizing your next moves, and tracking the activity that creates momentum.

Is this only for brand-new businesses?

No. It can help idea-stage founders, early-stage entrepreneurs, consultants, coaches, service providers, nonprofit founders, and builders who need clearer structure around their offer, business model, customer journey, and next steps.

What if I already have a business plan?

You can still use the toolkit to tighten your strategy, improve your offer, clarify your customer journey, check the gaps in your plan, and organize the pipeline activity that supports growth.

Do I need tech experience to use it?

No. The tools are designed to guide you section by section. You do not need to be a designer, developer, strategist, or AI expert to use them.

Is there a monthly subscription?

No. The self-guided toolkit is designed as a one-time purchase. You buy it once and use it without adding another monthly software bill.

What happens after I buy?

After purchase, you will be directed to the access page for the tools included in your purchase. The workbook-only option gives you the workbook. The full toolkit option gives you access to the full Dream to Market tool suite.

Can I buy just the workbook?

Yes. The workbook-only option is available if you want the planning companion by itself. The $97 launch bundle is for founders who want the workbook plus the full set of Dream to Market tools.

What is the difference between the workbook and the full toolkit?

The workbook helps you think through and document your business plan. The full toolkit gives you the workbook plus the assessment, AI field guide, business planning tool, offer builder, and pipeline dashboard so you can move from clarity to execution.

Can an organization buy this for a cohort?

Yes. Chambers, foundations, workforce programs, churches, ERGs, schools, and nonprofits can license the toolkit for groups or partner with Clarion Insight for a facilitated workshop series.

Do I get coaching with the toolkit?

The toolkit itself is self-guided. Coaching or facilitation is available separately through the strategy session or organization workshop path.

What should I do if I want Ramond to lead this for my group?

Use the organization path and schedule a consultation. That is the best route if you want a facilitated experience for a cohort, community, or entrepreneurship program.
