CLARION INSIGHT / COMPASS

You’ve hit a point
where what used
to work,
just doesn’t

Compass is Clarion’s one-on-one strategic advisement engagement. Not coaching. Not consulting. A focused environment where we diagnose what is actually happening, build a structure around how you specifically think and lead, and produce a plan you leave the room believing you can execute.

“The deliverable is the clarity. The plan is the proof.”

WHAT COMPASS IS

what comes
first.

The problem you came in with is rarely the problem that is costing you.

Most founders and leaders arrive with a strategy problem, a team problem, or a systems problem. What they actually have is an identity or alignment problem wearing one of those costumes. The founder thinks they need a new offer. The real issue is they have not decided what kind of business they are actually trying to build. The leader thinks they have a team problem. The real issue is they have not defined how they lead.

Compass is built around that diagnostic reality. We surface the root before we build the structure. We build the structure around you specifically, not around a framework applied to your situation. And the plan that comes out of that process is one you actually believe you can execute, because it was built for how you think, how you lead, and what you are genuinely willing to do.

Compass is a high-trust working relationship, not a transactional session. By the time you reach architecture, you will have already had the kind of honest conversation most people do not have with their actual advisors.

Advisement or Co-Working. Sometimes Both.

Some sessions are strategic conversations. Some are working sessions where we build the thing together in real time: the communication plan, the email rewrite, the referral system, the strategic framework, the 90-day structure. Compass is built around what you actually need that day, not around what a standard advisory session is supposed to look like. Co-working sessions produce actual deliverables in the room. You do not leave with homework. You leave with the thing.

THE COMPASS PROMISE

A plan built around you. Not applied to you.

01

We diagnose the real issue first. Most clients discover in the first ninety minutes that the problem they booked the session to solve is not the problem that has been costing them. That reframe alone is often worth the day.

02

We build the structure around your actual context. Your capacity, your leadership style, your real constraints, your specific situation. Not a template. Not a framework mapped onto you. A plan grown out of how you actually operate.

03

You leave believing you can execute it. Not hoping it works. Not filing it away to revisit later. Believing it. Because it was built for you, not for a version of your situation that sounds like yours.

THREE DOMAINS

Know which kind of work you need.

Every Compass client is in one of three domains. Sometimes two overlap. The domain shapes the diagnosis, the architecture, and what you walk away with. Read the three and notice which one is pulling your attention.

01Domain One

Leadership Branding

How you are seen, what you are known for, and whether that matches the level of influence, opportunity, and impact you are actually capable of. This is not about social media. It is about the gap between your internal reality and your external reputation, and what closes it.

You might be here if

You are being overlooked for opportunities you are qualified forYou want a promotion but your visibility does not reflect your valueYou have influence inside a room but not across your organizationYou want to be known for something specific and cannot articulate whatYou are building a thought leadership platform or speaker brand

02Domain Two

Leadership Development

How you grow as a leader: the conversations you avoid, the systems you have not built, the team culture you are producing without intending to. This domain is for the leader who knows they need to operate differently but has not had a structured environment to figure out how.

You might be here if

You were promoted for what you produced and are still figuring out how to leadYou avoid difficult conversations and it is costing you and your teamYour team is inconsistent and you suspect the common variable is youYou want to develop your people but do not have a system for itYou need to get better at performance conversations, feedback, or accountability

03Domain Three

Strategic Clarity

How you make the right decisions and build a plan you will actually execute. This domain is for the founder or leader who has vision, has effort, and keeps hitting the same wall. The problem is not motivation. It is that the plan was never built around the real situation, and the real situation has never been clearly diagnosed.

You might be here if

You have a direction but cannot turn it into a plan that survives contact with the weekYou keep revisiting the same decisions without resolving themYour priorities are clear in your head but not translating into consistent actionYou are the bottleneck and cannot figure out why the fix keeps not workingYou need someone to help you think, not just tell you what to do

WHO COMPASS IS FOR

Different situations. The same root.

Every Compass client arrives with a different presenting problem. What they share is this: clarity on the symptom but not the cause. And plans that keep stalling because they were built around the symptom instead of the root.

Track 01 · Founders

Founders &
Growth-Stage Leaders

You have had plans before. The problem is not the plan. The problem is that the plans were built around the presenting issue, not around what is actually driving it. And not around how you specifically make decisions, where you actually get stuck, and what you are genuinely willing to execute.

You might be here if

You are the bottleneck in your own business and cannot name why
You have the vision but execution keeps stalling before it compounds
Your business has outgrown the model that built it
Revenue is inconsistent and the fix keeps changing
You are making decisions reactively instead of from a clear strategic position

Track 02 · Leaders

Managers, Directors
& Executives

You know what you should be doing. The gap is not information. The gap is that nobody has helped you build a leadership approach around how you specifically lead. Not the textbook version. Not what worked for someone else. The one that fits how you think, how you communicate, and what kind of leader you are actually trying to become.

You might be here if

You were promoted for what you produced and are now unsure how to lead
You know something is off in how you lead but cannot name what it is
Your team is underperforming and you are not sure if it is them or youYou are avoiding conversations you know you need to have
You want to grow but every plan you make for yourself stalls within sixty days

The Clarity Intensive

Eight hours. Diagnosis first.

A full day built around one real problem. We do not start with the solution. We start with the actual situation. By the time we reach architecture, you already know what we are building and why it will hold.

Strategic
Intake
Before the day. Surfaces the presenting situation, what has been tried, and what success looks like. The day starts from an honest picture, not a pitch.
Most important
Diagnosis
Separating the real issue from the presenting one. Most clients leave this phase with a fundamentally different problem statement than the one they walked in with. That shift is the work.
03
Strategic
Clarity
What matters most right now. What to stop. What decision has been avoided. The highest-leverage move. What success looks like in 90 days.
04
Architecture
Building the actual structure around your specific context. Not a template mapped onto you. A system built out of how you operate.
05
90-Day
Blueprint
The core output. Real decision made. Main priority. 14-day actions. 30/60/90 milestones. A weekly rhythm you will actually use.
06
Closing &
Next Steps
What was decided. What to do first. What not to touch yet. Full recording and whiteboard captures. You leave clear and ready to move.
8 hrs

One day. One real problem. A plan built around you specifically, that you leave believing you can execute.

THREE WAYS TO ENGAGE

Start with a day. Stay as long as the work requires.

Every Compass engagement starts with the Clarity Intensive. The tier you choose determines how much support follows the plan as you execute it.

Extension · 3 Months

Clarity Intensive
+ 3 Months

The Clarity Intensive followed by three months of biweekly advisement. Six working sessions where you bring what is live, and we work through it in real time. The plan was built for you. These sessions keep it calibrated as reality tests it.

Format: Clarity Intensive + 6 biweekly sessions

Extension · 6 Months

Clarity Intensive
+ 6 Months

Twelve biweekly sessions over six months. For larger transitions, deeper leadership restructuring, or strategic arcs that evolve significantly as they are executed. The challenges you face in month four will not be the same ones you started with. This tier keeps strategic counsel available at every decision point along the way.

Format: Clarity Intensive + 12 biweekly sessions

IS COMPASS RIGHT FOR YOU

Honest about who this serves.

The first conversation helps both of us figure out which column you are in. There is no pressure either way.

Compass works best when

You have something real at stake and are willing to make decisions
You are ready to hear an honest diagnosis, even if it reframes the problem
You can execute after the session without step-by-step management
You are not looking for permission to do what you already want to do
You understand the value of clarity and are willing to invest in it
You do not need to have everything figured out, but you are serious
Not the right fit when

You want someone to do the work for you after the session
You are looking for validation of a decision already made
You expect weekly emotional support or accountability check-ins
You want a plug-and-play template you can hand to your team
You are not ready to act on what you discover
You are still in the early idea stage and need validation more than strategy

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you reach out.

What makes this different from every other VIP Day or strategy session?

Most strategy sessions start by accepting the problem as presented. Compass starts by questioning it. The diagnosis phase is specifically designed to surface whether the problem you booked the session to solve is the actual root issue. Most clients discover it is not. The plan that comes out of a real diagnosis is categorically different from one built on the presenting issue. That is why you leave believing it will hold, not just hoping it will.

What do I actually walk away with?

A 90-Day Strategic Blueprint: the real problem as diagnosed, the strategic decision made, the main priority, supporting priorities, first 14-day actions, 30/60/90-day milestones, and a weekly execution rhythm. Plus a full session recording and whiteboard captures. The Blueprint is built around your specific context, not a generic framework.

Can I start with just the Clarity Intensive?

Yes. The Clarity Intensive is a complete engagement on its own. Many clients start there and decide whether ongoing advisement makes sense after the day. The Clarity Intensive is designed to produce something actionable regardless of what comes after it.

How is this different from hiring a business coach?

A coach typically runs structured sessions over a fixed curriculum and provides ongoing accountability. Compass is advisor-led and client-driven. You bring the real problem. The session goes where the diagnosis takes it. There is no fixed curriculum because the curriculum is your actual situation, diagnosed in real time.

Virtual or in person?

Both. Virtual Clarity Intensives use a shared digital whiteboard and video session. In-person is available depending on location and travel scope. Format is confirmed during intake. The quality of the diagnostic work does not change by format.

How does Compass connect to Resolve?

Compass is often paired with Resolve when individual leaders inside a cohort need one-on-one strategic support alongside the group program. It is also used as a standalone engagement for founders and executives who need advisory outside of a formal program structure. The two are designed to reinforce each other when both are in play.

Compass.

Start with a conversation.

Most Compass engagements begin with a thirty-minute intake conversation. We talk through what is actually happening, what has already been tried, and what a successful outcome looks like to you. By the end of the call, you will know whether a Clarity Intensive is the right next move, and we will know whether we are the right partner for it.
